How to Use:

1. Mix the tint with LeviSsime oxidizer (1.8%) in a 1:1 ratio until smooth.
2. Apply the mixture generously to brows or lashes.
3. Leave for 10 minutes.
4. Remove excess with water and pat dry with a cosmetic tissue.
