Application Instructions:
- For eyelashes: Add 5 drops of 3% BINACIL oxidant to 1 cm of black tint. Leave on eyelashes for 5-10 minutes.
- For eyebrows: Add 5-10 drops of 3% BINACIL oxidant to 1-2 cm of natural brown tint. Leave on eyebrows for 5-20 minutes, depending on the desired shade.
WARNING: Do not use black tint on eyebrows.
