BINACIL 3% Creamy Oxidant is essential for ensuring the longevity and intensity of the tint's pigment, providing a long-lasting and rich color on both hair and skin. The oxidant has a creamy consistency, which prevents spills and keeps the product from spreading during application.

Usage Instructions: Before beginning, remove any makeup from the eyes using a cleansing product.

For eyelash tinting, mix 1 cm of tint with 5 drops of BINACIL 3% oxidant. Exposure time is 2 minutes. For eyebrow tinting, mix 2 cm of tint with 10 drops of BINACIL 3% oxidant. Exposure time is 5-10 minutes. Carefully apply the mixture to the brows or lashes. After the exposure time, gently remove the tint with a cotton pad and then rinse thoroughly with water.
