Usage Recommendations:
- Remove decorative makeup.
- For eyelashes: mix 1 cm of dye with 5 drops of 3% BINACIL oxidant. Exposure time: 2 minutes.
- For eyebrows: mix 2 cm of dye with 10 drops of 3% BINACIL oxidant. Exposure time: 5–10 minutes.
- Apply the mixture and gently rinse off after the procedure.
